Description:

Stimulate your palate with this sauce’s combination of spicy - serrano and japonés peppers – and tart flavors.  Our recipe is inspired in the home-made sauce that is traditionally used on seafood along the eastern shore of the Sea of Cortés - right across the gulf from Los Cabos.


Try it on:

Snacks, seafood, tacos and soups.

Ingredients:

Water, Serrano chili, Japanese chili, salt, acetic acid, xanthan gum, spices and herbs, 0.1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservatives), Artificial Colors Red No. 40 and Yellow No. 5.
